L’edificació està situada dins la zona esportiva municipal a la Carretera TV-7021 de La Morera de Montsant. El promotor és l’Ajuntament de La Morera de Montsant. El projecte ha estat redactat per l’equip tècnic de la Unitat d’Arquitectura Municipal de l’Àrea de Concertació i Assistència Municipal de la Diputació de Tarragona. L’autor del projecte és Jaume Mutlló Pàmies, arquitecte cap de la Unitat d'Arquitectura Municipal de la Diputació de Tarragona.
