Portal BASE is Portugal's legally mandated central registry of public contracts, run by IMPIC (Instituto dos Mercados Públicos, do Imobiliário e da Construção). Every Portuguese contracting authority must report the formation and award of its contracts here, regardless of which platform actually ran the bidding (AcinGov, Vortal, AnoGov and others).
