The present public works contract aims to execute the works described in the following projects: - 'Project for the improvement of the bathroom, flooring, and wall finishes of housing on the ground floor. Passeig Mata, 3, scale A, ground floor 2a - 43202 Reus' and 'Project for the renovation of the bathroom, kitchen, and electrical installation on the first floor. Passeig Mata, 3, scale A, 1st 2a-43202 Reus', initially approved by Decree of the delegated Councilor of the Urbanism and Housing Area, dated April 9, 2026, and definitively approved on May 11, 2026. - 'Project for punctual repairs of the roof and exterior carpentry in a multi-family housing building for social rental (Passeig Mata nº 3 - 43202 Reus)', initially approved by Decree of the delegated Councilor of the Urbanism and Housing Area, dated April 10, 2026, and definitively approved on May 12, 2026. - 'Project for the arrangement of the general sanitation installation in a multi-family housing building for social rental at Passeig Mata nº 3 in Reus', initially approved by Decree of the delegated Councilor of the Urbanism and Housing Area, dated February 26, 2026, and definitively approved on April 27, 2026.
