What is a procurement portal aggregator?
A procurement portal aggregator collects public tender notices from multiple government and institutional sources into one platform. Instead of checking six or more websites daily, you get a unified feed of opportunities that match your business profile.
How does AI matching work?
When you sign up, our AI analyzes your company website to build a capability profile covering your services, sectors, certifications, and experience. Each new tender is then scored against your profile. You see a relevance score and a summary explaining why an opportunity does or does not fit.
Which government portals do you cover?
National portals: BOAMP (France), Vergabe (Germany), PLACSP (Spain), TenderNed (Netherlands), AcinGov and Diário da República (Portugal), plus the national portals of Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Greece, Ireland, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Romania and Slovenia. UK: Find a Tender, Contracts Finder and YORtender. EU-wide: TED and EU Funding & Tenders. International: SAM.gov (US), UNGM, NATO (NSPA, NCIA and NATO HQ), the Council of Europe, the EU External Action Service and a selection of NGO and foundation portals. Italy is covered mainly through TED, with ANAC as a fallback. The remaining EU countries, including Finland, are covered through TED.
Can I use this for multiple companies or divisions?
Yes. The Professional plan supports up to 10 company profiles, and the Enterprise plan offers unlimited profiles. Each profile gets its own AI matching criteria, so a consulting division and a technology division can receive different results.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial so you can evaluate the platform with your real company data. You add a card when the trial starts, you are not charged until it ends, and you can cancel any time before then.
