Provision of telephone pre-reception for the National Telephone Reception Service for Children in Danger (SNATED)

The purpose of this consultation is to provide the GIP with trained agents for telephone reception, in order to receive calls addressed to 119 (national telephone reception service for children in danger), perform a preliminary assessment of the calls, and direct callers to a listener from 119 or other suitable devices.
