Each lot will be subject to separate allocation. The services are settled by fixed prices. The project for the extension of the land holdings of the community technical center in Metzange was approved by resolution on June 25, 2025. To this end, a plot of 2000m² adjacent to the land on which the Community Technical Center is located has been acquired. The present contract is aimed at developing this plot by creating the necessary networks, roads, and storage spaces.
