The need is described in the CCTP. It is a single-award framework agreement concluded with one (1) economic operator per lot. It will be executed partly by the conclusion of subsequent contracts and partly by the issuance of order forms, as the need arises. Lot 1 is a framework agreement for services. Lots 2, 3, and 4 are framework agreements for supplies.
