Notice summary

With the help of federal and state funding, the existing and currently emerging fiber optic networks from the 'White Spots' program are to be further expanded as part of the 'Grey Spots' program. Subsequently, the networks from the Grey Spots program are to be leased to a telecommunications company and operated by it. The networks already built and also awarded for operation in this early phase of expansion ('White Spots') are not part of this tender.
