This contract concerns the revision of the PCAET of the CCPEVA and consists of: - Supporting the CCPEVA in carrying out the territorial diagnosis - Developing the territorial strategy and action plan - Conducting the environmental and strategic evaluation (EES) to be carried out throughout the development through an iterative process - Setting up a monitoring and evaluation system - Engaging stakeholders throughout the revision of the PCAET.
