Notice summary
We currently have a liability insurance with a deductible of €50,000 per event. The current liability insurance runs until December 31, 2026, and has no further extension options. The overview of damages is included in Appendix 3. We wish to conclude a new agreement for a similar type of liability insurance for the coming years, possibly with improved coverage at a competitive premium. For the extent of the coverage, reference is made to the PvE. See procurement documents.
