The subject of the public contract is the supply of medical devices, warranty service, and post-warranty service. A purchase contract and a service contract for post-warranty service will be concluded. The offered equipment must meet the minimum technical parameters specified in the technical specification, Appendix No. 2 of the tender documentation. The public contract is not divided into parts in the sense of the provisions of § 35 ZZVZ.
