The purpose of this contract is: - the attribution and intermediate review of long-term and short-term issuer ratings of the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur Region, - the rating of the short-term negotiable securities program or NEU CP, - the rating of the debt issuance program (Euro Medium Term Note Programme), - the specific rating of sub-program EMTN issues.
